Good range of craft beers on tap (11) plus many other interesting beers and ciders.

Friendly service,  and the food works for me.  If you're not into beer or cider you might not be so pleased, but  The Blind Monk is essentially a beer cafe and it fulfills that function well.

A bit dark and gloomy for my liking but had a consistent amount of people all night.
I was at the back for a 30th birthday party. I was disappointed with the 'function' area. Online it looks a lot nicer and more elegant. In reality it is somewhat dodgy. I wouldn't suggest it for a birthday or Christmas party unless you can decorate the hell out of it and have decent lighting. Also had other people walking through our group to get to the toilet which was annoying and probably so for them too.
The pizza platters were disappointing but the other food I could see being served looked and smelled great.

Nice place, very busy. We went there for a 30th and thank goodness we had reserved seats or else I wouldn't have ever walked in. Cute decor, and funny signs on tip jars! Tried platter burgers (plain and pull pork) which were ok. No light beers but one mid-strength so made do for me as the designated driver. Biggest gripe would be the one toilet per gender as the additional two out the back were in a function.

I've tried this place twice now and both times have been underwhelming. First time I ordered the steak, it came with an awful side sauce, when I complained my waitress was patronising and rude. I returned with friends hoping for a better experience and had a mediocre pizza.

I get what they're trying to do with the minimalistic decor but it doesn't work for me.

They have a nice selection of beers on tap, but there seems to be an epidemic of craft beer bars at the moment and it's easy enough to find somewhere else with better food.

I ordered the lamb pizza.  Best pizza I have ever tasted! My partner had the wagyu beef burger. Looked small but was really filling.  All of our food tasted so good and was hot!
